Building it, and the failure that hides
Standing up the happy path was quick. A workflow that reads a quality email and writes it to the database is an afternoon’s work. The hard part, and the one that matters for compliance, is the failure nobody sees.
A no-code automation that fails silently is dangerous on a farm. When a workflow drops a record, nothing appears on screen. A missed pickup looks exactly like a quiet day, and a missing quality result looks exactly like a result that was fine.
